3. The owners of this site are not responsible for any issues arising from the result of purchasing merchandise through CafePress. All inquiries and returns are the responsibility of CafePress.

Please be advised that any use of The Vampire Huntress Legend series characters for fiction fun, on-line adapted stories, or message board "build your own soap opera" stories, or discussions on this website are for strictly entertainment purposes. The author does not in any way give anyone the right to use her characters outside of this venue for any purpose, expressed or implied, and is not aware of nor endorsing the use of this entertainment on any other site, venue, or media. Be advised that all content created on this site by anyone is owned by the author. Anyone posting content here fully understands that it is for free public display and holds the author and site developer harmless. No individual posting storyline content has the expectation of any payment and clearly understands that this is for free entertainment purposes only. Any content that seems similar to any future book story content is coincidental, and the author is under no obligation to remit payment to any individual for any ideas, concepts, or book directions that may seem similar in nature.

6. Contests will be decided by judges appointed by the owners of this site. Decisions cannot be appealed. No purchase is necessary to enter the contest. Contest entrants who do not wish to purchase the book can reserve it at their local library or simply email their answer without reading. No subsitutions on prizes. Once prize is received by winner, any defects must be taken up with the manufacturer.
